Clinic Appointment, Cancellation & Payment Policies
We understand that unexpected circumstances occur, such as illness, flight delays, car problems, traffic congestion and business deadlines. To honor your time and ours, we have the following policies:Appointments
Massage and other treatments are by appointment only. Please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out a short client form and to prepare for the session. Arriving early ensures that you get the full amount of session time that you have paid for. Regular clients can arrive a few minutes early or on time. Cell phone number, email address and mailing address are required when making the first appointment.
Cancellation
A 12-hour notice is required for cancellation. Otherwise, you will be charged for the session. If you are booking your appointment within 12 hours of the session, you will be charged the full amount.
Late Arrival
Late arrival may cause scheduling problems and a reduced session time.
Payment for Services
Payment is by check or cash only. We do not accept credit cards. Please make checks payable to Ken or Diane Orr (depending on who provides the service).
Professional Standards
State law requires that all clients who come to our clinic fill out client forms on their first visit. In addition, draping is mandatory for all table sessions. We follow professional standards as set forth by the Texas Department of Health and Texas state statutes.
