Massage Courses! with Ken Orr Cost-Effective, Time-Efficient Provider Of On-Site Massage Services
We closely coordinate the massage day or event with your designated contact person. Your contact person helps to facilitate scheduling, sign-up and promotion of the event (if it is required.)
Our Massage Therapists are properly licensed and insured. They are carefully screened and selected based upon their reliability, experience and professional abilities. Therapists will arrive early to set up for the scheduled event/shift.
Often, companies have massage events and pay for many unused hours. Effective promotion and company permission to participate will minimize this situation. Our policy is to honor every minute we can that you pay for. We offer time extensions on sessions to fill in time gaps. (For example, expanding a 15-minute chair massage to 25 minutes.) Gift certificates are available for those unable to participate that day.
Services Available
Chair Massage, Foot/Hand Reflexology, Chair/Reflexology Combos & Table Massage
Each person who signs up on the schedule will receive a massage session. (A shift may be extended for this purpose with your approval.) In the case of a change in scheduling, a no-show or cancellation, extra time may be given to participants. You can purchase gifts for special recognition, birthdays, holidays and employee appreciation. Ask about our gift packages and special rates.
Aromatherapy will be available to enhance therapeutic benefits. Oils and lotions used will not stain and are healthy for the skin. You may choose not to use them.
A somewhat secluded location is needed; relaxing music will be provided. (This is not the case for open public events.)
Clinic Discounts for Participants
All participants at Massage Day or event will receive a discount of 20% off (up to five 60-90 minute table sessions) at our Clinic, to be used within twelve months.

**Payment, and Cancellation Policies
Payment for services is due and payable on the day that services are rendered, or the first day of a multiple day event. Deposit/booking fee is payable in advance. It may be waived for regular clients. Make checks payable to Kenneth Orr or Diane Orr, (depending on who provides the services).
A minimum two week cancellation notice is necessary for company and special events. Otherwise, the following percentage payment will be required: 30% of total billing with less than 24 hour notice.
